Warranty Policy
Monkyz guarantees that all of our décor items are free from faulty materials and craftsmanship errors. Specific warranty durations differ among products and are provided from the date of delivery as delineated below:
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Reporting and discrepancy: Any visible defects or deviations from the order must be reported within 24 hours of discovery by emailing support@monkyz.in, including a detailed description and photographic evidence. All Late communications will be regarded as acceptance of the product.
2. Standard Variations: There may be minor variations in design, colour, size, and finishing as furniture is a bulky item. These variations are inherent and valued characteristics of our products.
3. Invoice: Keep your purchase receipt (Invoice) safely, as it is required for processing any warranty claims. No claim will be entertained without Original Invoice presented.

• Sofas, Sofas with moveable headrest, Armchairs, Beds, Storage Beds, Sofa Beds, Daybeds, Ottomans
- Wood Frame structure: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Sofa furnishings (Foam, fibre fillings, feathers, fabric covers, stitching, leather): 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Other components (zips, fasteners, springs, suspension, legs, and movable mechanisms): 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Dining Chairs: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• TV Cabinetry, Sideboards, Dining Tables, Bookcases, Free Standing Shelving: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Wooden Bed frames: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Lighting and other Electrical Accessories: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Mattress: 1 Year Limited Warranty, with exclusions for:
- Mattress fabric (stains, burns, pilling, loose covers)
- Normal body indentations
- Issues relating to comfort choice (e.g., too firm or too soft, which is subjective and not a manufacturing fault)
- New bed odour
• Poufs, Cushions & Throws: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Bedding Products: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Tableware Products: 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Mirrors and Wall Arts: 6 months Limited Warranty
• Other Decor Items: 6 months
CLAIM PROCEDURE
Claims must be directed to support@monkyz.in, accompanied by images of the defects and the order number.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:
- Exclusion of Wear and Tear: Deterioration due to normal ageing, including but not limited to wear, staining, and fading, is not covered.
- Upholding care and appropriate use are crucial to maintaining your entitlements under this warranty. The warranty becomes void if your Monkyz product is harmed due to harsh cleansers, abrasiveagents, or unsuitable cleaning substances.
- Natural Material Characteristics: Features such as grain patterns, colour variations, and other natural marks in materials like wood are not considered defects as these are beyond human efforts and are natural.
- This warranty doesn’t include for damage due to items put under direct sunlight, rains, a place with moisture effect except otherwise describe.
- This warranty isn't applicable for products utilised outdoors, unless explicitly declared otherwise
- This warranty doesn't encompass damage stemming from neglect, mistreatment, routine ageing, or mishaps, such as, but not restricted to, burns, incisions, abrasions, ruptures, dents, discoloration, or harmfrom household pets.
- Any alterations to the product by the customer or entities unauthorised by Monkyz will render this Warranty null and void.
- For replacements, products must be returned in their original packaging, to avoid damage in transit.
- Items repaired or replaced within this Warranty will remain under the original warranty for its remaining period.
- Individual comfort preferences are not seen as manufacturing faults.
- The Warranty covers manufacturing defects identified within the warranty duration, including the cost of materials, replacement parts, labour, and shipping expenses.
- For manufacturing defects detected post-warranty, the cost of materials, replacement parts, and any labour or shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
DETAILED CLAIM PROCEDURE
- Submit Claim: Submit a claim via email to support@monkyz.inInclude your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect.
- Assessment: Monkyz will assess the claim and may request additional information or conduct a physical inspection if necessary.
Solution: If the claim is accepted, Monkyz will determine whether to repair or replace the affected item. The decision will be communicated to the customer along with the next steps.
